1. Returns

Due to the nature of chocolate and temperature-sensitive products, we do not accept returns after delivery unless:

  • The product is damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • The product is expired upon arrival

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.


2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

  • A product is out of stock

  • A valid return claim has been approved

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


3. Replacement

If an item arrives damaged:

  • We may replace the item

  • Or issue store credit

  • Or provide a partial/full refund

You must provide photos or proof.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened products

  • Melted items due to improper storage by customer

  • Products purchased on sale
