A Legacy of Passion 1985:
The tree of passion grew, Hazem, the son of the founder Mahmoud, inherited a love for chocolate, and he used to taste the finest types of Swiss and Belgian chocolate and compare the different varieties. Every bite fed a dream buried deep within him.

Driven by his love for chocolate, after moving to Jordan, his father sent him to the most famous and important chocolate institutes in Belgium, and under the supervision of experts, he immersed himself in the art of chocolate making, a new world of secrets and favors opened up to him.

A New Chapter 2016:
Messrs. Imad and Imran Jaar joined our team, adding a new touch that reflects the family’s passion. Imad, with his insightful vision, took over the leadership of the sales department, where he unleashed our products in local and international markets, increasing the spread of our products thanks to his great efforts.
As for Imran, his passion went beyond chocolate, to include traditional Arabic sweets. He was creative in integrating baklava, kunafa and nightingale’s nest with the arts of chocolate, creating unique combinations that were appreciated by everyone. He also established a new department for the manufacture of Turkish delight and nougat, to reflect the diversity of our culture and our love for sweets.
A New Generation 2020:
With all this passion in the world of chocolate, the flame of passion passed to the third generation of the family. Mohammad Jaar, Hazem’s son, joined the group, benefiting from more than 50 years of accumulated experience and armed with knowledge from the most prestigious German universities, Mohammad began a comprehensive modernization journey in the company. The goal was clear: to transform the production processes into a fully automated system, following the highest standards of quality and safety.
Thanks to these developments, the company has been able to increase its production capacity to approximately 300,000 liters per year of fine chocolate, reflecting our continued commitment to innovation and excellence.
